Car hit by wrecking ball in NYC – Real or Fake?

There’s a ton of debate on whether or not this wrecking ball striking a minivan in Midtown Manhattan video is legit. To be honest, NYC is like a giant, living, breathing film studio that never sleeps. I mean it IS the city where they filmed the greatest movie of the 1980′s – Highlander. Anyway, look at the vid and let us know what you think.

Via boingboing - great find! They too, for the record, think it’s bull dookie.

2 Responsesto “Car hit by wrecking ball in NYC – Real or Fake?”

  1. it’s fake..
    1) the speed of the ball is too fast.
    2) the ball is round… wrecking balls are round only in cartoons.

  2. Fake: You can see there is a spring mechcanism under the van to help it flip over.
