367.382 MPH is Fast – Very. Frigging. Fast.

Out on the salt flats of Bonneville in Utah the sun is rising on a new day. The Champions of BUB Racing, lead my Chris Carr, have achieved their dream – a new Land Speed record. It was a hearty task – constructing a rocket-like motorcycle the Streamliner Seven; which sports a 16-valve V4 motor. “What?? V4?!?! Weak!” Ok, let me put it to you this way – that 16-valve V4 produces 525 horse power 420lb-ft of torque. Better?
The Bub Racing team clocked in at 367.382 MPH – or in non-tech terms: “Jesus Christ on a Taco that’s fast!!!!” This record beat out the previous 360.913 MPH from last year. That’s one salty dog (because they’re on the salt flats…get it?)
