It’s been a year of ups and down in the automotive industry – From the roller coaster ride of fuel prices, the initiation of electric and hybrid vehicles from the world’s largest auto makers, to a bailout that finally passed, but may be a mere band aid in the bullet wound in The Big Three’s wallet. 2008 has been a year to remember – we look back at some of our best (and most visited) articles, news pieces and off-beat posts from this year.

Our research into this side of car culture proved that your mom can lower her minivan and rock it old school – or you can school your friends by picking them up in a phat bus, straight out of Compton, with attitude. However, it’s almost 2015 and we have yet to see one flying DeLorean in the air.
