Best Junk Food to Pack on a Road Trip
Want to know what to look for in a junk food snack for your road trip? Looking for suggestions? Have nothing better to do with your (or your employer’s) time? This is the post for you!
Elements of a good road trip junk food item:
- No mess. When you reach your destination you are not going to want to spend another hour in the car to clean up all the Cheeto dust. Ensure the snacks you choose won’t create crumbs, or won’t drip on you while driving.
- No preparation required. Yeah, I like nachos as much as the next guy, but the driver needs to focus on the road, not the appropriate proportion of salsa to cheese on the tortilla.
- Adequate nutrition…..nah, who cares.
- Ease of use. Trying to suck down a Pixy-Stix while driving is hazardous to everyone’s health.
Recommended Road Trip Junk Foods:
Twizzlers
M&M’s
Skittles
French Fries (no ketchup)
Spree
Worst Road Trip Snacks:
Cheetos
Cracker Jacks
Krispy Kreme
Chips (any form)
